  • What is the return policy?

    Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products. If a product is defective or damaged, send us an email with a photo of item(s) attached and your order number. Once Wow Winks approves your return, please send your item back to the address listed on package within 14 days after you’ve received your “Return Approval” email. Wow Winks reserves the right to deny any requests that does not meet our policy.

  • What is the exchange policy?

    Items are exchangeable if it is in its original packaging, unused and unopened. To be eligible for an exchange, please send us an email at www.wowwinkss@gmail.com. If approved, products must be exchanged within 14 days after you’ve received your “Exchange Approval” email.

    Wow Winks does not provide return shipping labels. Please keep proof of your postage until your exchange is finalized.

    Wow Winks reserves the right to deny any requests that does not meet our policy.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process.

    Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

    Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

    Overnight Shipping: Shipped on the next business day.

  • What is the shipping policy?

    You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email for you to track your order.

    Wow Winks is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information.

    Once your package leaves the warehouse, changes are no longer able to be made.
